Legal notice
Last updated:
This page identifies the company behind intervolutions.com — Tombatossals Softworks LLC, an Illinois limited liability company with an engineering office in Castellón, Spain — and sets out the general conditions for using the site. Spanish law (Law 34/2002, the "LSSI") requires this notice for services provided from our Spanish office; we publish it in both languages as good practice.

Purpose of the site
This site is the studio's corporate presence: it describes the services we provide, showcases work we have delivered, publishes technical articles and job openings, and offers forms to contact us, request a quote, subscribe to the newsletter or apply for a role. No products are sold and no services are contracted directly through the site: the figures shown are ballpark estimates, and any engagement is formalized afterwards in a separate contract.
Conditions of access and use
- Access to the site is free and open. Browsing it makes you a user and means you accept this legal notice.
- You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, and not to introduce content or code that could harm it or third parties.
- We may suspend access temporarily and without prior notice for maintenance or technical incidents. We aim to keep the site always available, but we do not guarantee it absolutely.

Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites when they add something. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it: following an external link takes you off this site and places you under the terms and privacy policy of whoever operates it.
Liability
We take care that the information published is accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become outdated. The content of this site is informational and does not constitute professional advice: before you act on it, get in touch and we'll look at it together.
We are not liable for damage arising from misuse of the site, from being unable to access it, or from viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties. None of the above limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Castellón de la Plana (Spain), waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them.
If you are acting as a consumer, this clause takes nothing away from you: you may always bring proceedings before the courts where you live, and the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country still apply to you.
For clients in the United States, each engagement is governed by the contract we sign, which states the applicable law and venue.
